Hydro-Carbon Filtration & Separation is offering water treatment systems for treatment of wash water used in car, truck of train wash roll-over installations without the use of chemicals or ozone.

The principal aim of Wash Water Recycling systems is to provide a highly efficient and safe means for the recycling waste water from vehicle washing operations, which reduces the impact on the environment by saving fresh water consumption and waste water discharge from such operations to a minimum. All car wash waste-water recycling systems have basically the same purpose: Remove solids from the wash water (to avoid damage to car surface and clogging up of valves and nozzles of the car wash) and kill bacteria (to avoid bad smell and hazards from illness for customers and operators from bacteria). This system is in both functions the most efficient and economical alternative and state of the art technology for WASH WATER RECYCLING SYSTEMS for vehicle washing applications.

Wash Water recycling

Water is more and more a valued fluid. Wash water recycle installations can safe up to 90% of water in car, truck and train wash installations without the use of chemicals. The skid based systems contain the following main items;

• Reactor Tank – Metal framed Polypropylene reactor tank
  
• Hydro-Cyclone- Before the water reaches the reactor tank it passes through a hydro cyclone(s). Here larger suspended solids are separated and returned to the silt chamber.
  
• High Voltage Electrode - After passing through the hydro cyclones, the recycling water passes through a pipe which is equipped with a high voltage electrode. The high voltage energy created causes flocculation of the suspended solids which kills bacteria and prevents the growth of algae.
  
• Floatation (Air) Membrane - By means of the floatation membrane which is installed at the bottom of the reactor tank, flakes are created by the high voltage electrode. These flakes are lifted to the surface to create a dirt layer in the reactor tank and are drained periodically to the silt chamber. A secondary usage of the air membrane is to oxygenate the water to prevent the growth of foul smelling bacteria.
  
• Water Stabilizer - The Water Stabilizer works by a physio-kinetic process and does not need electricity, chemicals or maintenance. The water stabilization process is achieved by passing the water through a double walled cylinder, which contains a high-energetic medium. As the water flows through the Water Stabilizer, the water molecules are ’excited’ and the oxygen contained in the water is activated. The development of germs and bacteria in the recycled water is therefore prevented.
  
• Microprocessor - The reclaim systems are controlled by a microprocessor that allows a number of functional reclaim abilities to be adjusted to suit the type and wash environment.

Schoon drinkwater is kostbaar bezit. Aangezien het steeds moeilijker wordt om drinkwater met de juiste kwalificaties te produceren wordt steeds vaker aandacht besteed aan het reduceren ervan. De kosten van drinkwater zullen daardoor zeker in de toekomst stijgen. Daarnaast zijn de kosten voor het lozen van afvalwater een steeds hogere kostenpost binnen het bedrijfsproces. Een voor de hand liggende gedachte is het hergebruik van water.

Voor het hergebruik van water in wasinstallaties voor auto, trein, bus en truck levert Hydro-Carbon Filtration & Separation complete waswatersystemen.
Van de  recycle systemen zijn er de laatste 15 jaar meer dan 4000 wereldwijd verkocht. Het systeem kenmerkt zich door eenvoud en een werking zonder het gebruik van chemicaliën wat resulteert in een economische bedrijfsvoering en hoge betrouwbaarheid.

Het systeem heeft een paar zeer belangrijke eigenschappen en voordelen:

 In het kort bestaan de installaties uit de volgende componenten;

• Centrifugaal klokpomp voor het opvoeren van waswater uit de verzamel put.
• Cycloon centrifugaal afscheider(s) voor het afscheiden van vaste delen bijvoorbeeld zand en kleideeltjes
• Bacteriën eliminator (“Bluebox” gepatenteerd proces)
• Hoog voltage Algendoder
• Flotatie en skimmertank voor verwijdering van vervuiling
• Schakelkast voor volledig automatisch functioneren.
• Centrifugaalpomp met automatische hydrofoor schakeling.

Hydro-Carbon F&S waswater recycling systemen besparen niet alleen geld door reductie op water verbruik maar ook shampoo. Doordat het waswater recycling systeem géén aanwezig shampoo afbreekt kan de hoeveelheid toe te voegen shampoo behoorlijk gereduceerd kan worden. Dit bespaart aanzienlijke kosten.

Hydro-Carbon F&S waswater recycling systemen zijn bedrijfszekere installaties en onderhoudsvriendelijk. Alle gebruikte componenten en materialen zijn zorgvuldig geselecteerd  op slijtage en corrosie gevoeligheid. Het regulier onderhoud aan een Hydro-Carbon F&S waswater recycling systemen is beperkt tot één maal per half jaar.

Hydro-Carbon F&S waswater recycling systemen worden aangepast aan uw noden en wensen zodat wij altijd een pasklaar “op maat” systeem kunnen aanbieden.

Hydro-Carbon F&S waswater recycling systemen maken gebruik van zogenaamde cycloon afscheiders voor het afscheiden van vaste delen als zand en klei. Op de hele installatie worden geen filters of andere verbruikartikelen toegepast. Cycloon afscheiders werken continu ene behoeven geen specifiek onderhoud

Hydro-Carbon F&S waswater recycling systemen gebruiken géén chemicaliën voor het verwijderen van ongewenste bacteriën wat een winst is voor uw bedrijfskosten en uiteraard het milieu. Algen worden gedood door een hoog voltage electrode. Bacteriën worden gedood door het gebruik van een gepatenteerd “BlueBox” concept.
