Hydro-Carbon Separation Systems B.V. is offering filter and separator solutions for your specific needs by designing systesm and pressure vessels based on more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gasmarket. Pressure vessels are designed to operate safely at a specific pressure and temperature, technically referred to as the "Design Pressure" and "Design Temperature". A vessel that is inadequately designed to handle a high pressure constitutes a very significant safety hazard. Because of that, the design and certification of pressure vessels is governed by design codes such as the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code in North America, the Pressure Equipment Directive of the EU (PED), Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS), CSA B51 in Canada, AS1210 in Australia and other international standards like Lloyd's, Germanischer Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas, Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS S.A.), Stoomwezen etc.

Not only pressure vessels as sole operated filter or separator but also complete prefabrated skids including pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation etc. are part of our delivery programm.

 Vessel and Tank Production    

All equipment is designed and fabricated to order to achieve the most optimal operation and lifespan possible. Heat- and strength-related calculations are performed in-house.
All designs are developed on a 3D CAD system.

Automated drilling and milling is done on CNC machines. Wide range of welding processes for various applications: OP, MIG, TIG as well as coated electrode and autogenously welding. Use of various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel (304L, 316L, 904L), duplex (1.4462), copper and cunifer.

Extensive assortment of welding machines for electrode, MIG, MAG, TIG and flux-shielded arc welding. Experienced craftsmen, including certified welders.

All products can be provided with various fabrication codes and certifications. For land installations these include: RToD (Dutch regulations for pressure vessels) ,EN 13445, ASME section VIII, AD-2000 , with PED certification (CE marking), Lloyd's Certificate, or TÜV approval
  

Packing & Transport 

Packing and transport are integral part in the total service we provide from apllication advice to the final destination in your process. Packing, Crating, Containerloading etc is supervised by our own personel.

Service & Aftersales  

Replacement cartridge supply

The large stock from Hydro-Carbon Filtration & Separation B.V. guarantees quick delivery of replacement cartridges for many applications. For emergency requirements we offer a quick response service. Our service department will ship the cartridges (if available from stock) within 24 hours after order by most convenient carrier.

Vessel "cartridge-change-out" service

Hydro-Carbon Filtration & Separation B.V. is offering a service-contract for replacement of your filter and separator internals within the Benelux. Your replacement filter or filter/waterseparator internals are stocked in our warehouse until the maximum recommended differential pressure of the system is reached.

On short time base we will inspect the vessel and replace the cartridge internals. The advantages for your company are:
